'It’s not turning people away, it’s asking them to wait': Border Patrol preps for arrival of migrant caravan

The Trump administration is deploying up to 1,000 troops to the southern border to prepare for a migrant caravan headed north, but their focus will be to prevent illegal border crossers, not process asylum seekers.
